SCS Shop deals with wholesale clothing purchases and custom printing of logos and words onto clothing for various sports clubs. Our refund policy for clothing items allows for refunds under the following conditions:

1. **Condition of Clothing:** To be eligible for a refund, the clothing items must be in their original condition as delivered. The clothing should not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

2. **Verification via Picture on Delivery:** Customers must take a clear picture of the clothing items at the moment of delivery. This picture serves as verification that the clothing was received in good condition. SCS Shop may request this picture as evidence in the event of a refund request.

**Refund Procedure:**
If a Customer wishes to request a refund for clothing purchased from SCS Shop, the following steps must be followed:

1. **Initiating the Refund Request:** The Customer must contact SCS Shop’s customer support within [2 days] from the date of delivery, providing:
– The order number
– The picture taken at the time of delivery clearly showing the condition of the clothing
– A description of the reason for the refund request
